This hand-tinted picture postcard published between 1890 and 1920 shows the Oura Bund from the mouth of Oura River. The bridge on the right is Matsugae Bridge, and the building with the flag is the German Embassy. The boats in the foreground were used to transport coal. This photograph, which captures the entire Oura Bund area, was taken around the end of the foreign settlement period. It is the same as photograph #5201.
