| The front of the Yomei Gate. In the centre is a plague with an inscription by the Emperor Omizuo. The upper part of the gate is covered with carvings of dragons while the lower part is covered with Chinese lions. To the left and right of the walls are attending deities. The walls of the corridor to the left and right are divided by red painted pillars with carvings of flowers, birds and water fowl. |
