| A fire ladder is leaning against the roof of the Wakamiya Shrine. The Kagura-den roof visible next to the shrine is slightly damaged. A photograph in the September 1st, 1871 issue of The Far East shows the temple in a similar condition immediately following the demolition of buildings. Consequently, this photograph was probably taken around the same time. |
